Pier can be hired for any special event that you can think of, from filming
to funerals, and everything in between!!
There are also a number of organised events that are run by the pier throughout the year, ranging from Jazz bands, Disco's, B-B-Q's and even a Halloween Party!
Parties
Whatever the reason for your celebration, Clevedon Pier is the perfect place to hold it. In the past there have been christenings, surprise birthday parties, engagements, wedding anniversaries, family reunions and retirements, the list goes on.
The Pagoda can be hired (maximum 30 people) or the whole pier head, which can take 210 people, or, even the entire pier, if you require.

Weddings
What more romantic place can you ask for than at the end of Clevedon Pier to hold your Wedding Reception? The Pagoda can accommodate up to 15-18 people for a sit down Wedding Breakfast, or 25-28 for a buffet style meal.
There are no catering facilities on the pier itself but we can recommend a local catering company that could be used, if required.

The pier is also very popular for that extra special marriage proposal. Once you have got down on one knee, you could mark the day with a commerative brass plaque for everyone to see in the future!!

Wedding Photography
The pier is a perfect place for wedding photographs - please make prior arrangements for this with Linda Strong, Pier Manager on 01275 878846, or via email further information. A fee of £50 is payable for wedding photography on the pier.
Filming and Advertisments
Over
the years, Clevedon Pier has been the star of a number of different films
and television programmes, and adverts for various products.
These include Silent Witness, Every Home Should Have One, Restoration, Inside Out, and more recently the Eastenders spin-off 'Perfectly Frank, The Batchelor', to name but a few. Adverts for the Ford Ka, Fiat Punto, RAC Windscreens and Guardian Direct Insurance have also featured Clevedon Pier in television adverts over the years.
During such filming, and at various other times, Clevedon Pier has been visited
by many famous celebrities including Timothy West, Prunella Scales, Griff
Reece Jones, Mike Reed and Norman Bowler (Emmerdale's Frank Tate)

Ash Scattering
If you have a loved one that always found Clevedon Pier to have a special place in their heart, the pier can be used to hold a Scattering Service in their memory or to scatter ashes from the end of the pier by prior arrangement.
A brass plaque can also be purchased and fixed to the pier, as a lasting memorial.
